Business registration, support details and booking-specific charges must be completed before online rental booking opens. These pages do not activate online payments.
01Before a booking is confirmed
Removing equipment from a browsing cart does not create a cancellation fee. A request that has not been confirmed can be withdrawn without a rental cancellation charge where no chargeable work or commitment has been separately agreed.
For a confirmed rental, use the contact on the booking confirmation and provide your booking reference, event date and requested change. A browser cart change does not cancel a confirmed booking.
02Cancelling a confirmed rental
Any cancellation timetable, charge or non-recoverable preparation cost must be disclosed in the quotation before you accept the booking. The applicable terms depend on that accepted scope and the stage of preparation, dispatch or setup.
This website preview does not introduce a blanket non-refundable advance or a fixed cancellation percentage. A proposed deduction must be explained and comply with applicable consumer requirements.
03Rescheduling and partial changes
Requests to change dates, quantities or equipment are subject to availability and a revised written scope. A new date is not reserved until the change is accepted.
If part of the rental has already been delivered or performed, any adjustment must distinguish the supplied service from the part that can still be cancelled. Changes and any revised charges should be recorded against the booking.
04If agreed equipment cannot be supplied
If the supplier cannot fulfil an agreed part of the booking, you should be informed promptly. A substitute item requires your acceptance; it must not be silently treated as equivalent.
Amounts paid for an unsupplied part of the rental should be refunded when no accepted alternative is provided, subject to your rights under applicable law. Report a missed delivery, material mismatch or fault as soon as possible so it can be assessed.
05Refunds and security-deposit returns
An accepted refund should identify the amount, any documented deduction and the original payment reference. Refunds should normally return through the original payment method where practical, with an explained alternative if that is unavailable.
The refund confirmation must explain expected processing time; payment-provider and bank settlement times can differ. No payment-provider processing window is promised by this preview. A refundable security deposit should be reconciled after the agreed return and inspection process.
06Problems during the event
Report a fault or missing item promptly and preserve relevant photographs, handover notes or messages. Do not attempt an unauthorised repair. Any rental adjustment depends on the agreed scope, the affected service and applicable law.
Venue closure, weather, access restrictions and other disruptions should be reviewed against the booking terms and the work already supplied. These terms do not remove statutory rights.
Contact & support
The public support email and registered-business details will be added before online rental booking opens. For an existing rental, use the contact details on its quotation or booking confirmation.
