Business registration, support details and booking-specific charges must be completed before online rental booking opens. These pages do not activate online payments.
01About these terms
Eventseq Group provides an event-equipment rental website for celebrations, performances, conferences and other events. These terms describe the proposed rental process alongside the details agreed for each booking.
This is a policy preview for the website build. Registered-business details and a public support contact must be completed before online bookings open. An accepted booking quotation must clearly identify the supplier responsible for that rental.
02Exploring equipment and requesting a rental
Category artwork is illustrative. Use the published listing and accepted quotation to confirm the actual equipment, quantity, rental unit, dates, inclusions and condition. Adding equipment to a cart is a planning step and does not by itself reserve stock or create a confirmed booking.
A booking is confirmed only after availability, the scope of supply, the applicable charges and the required confirmation steps have been agreed. Bookings must be made by an adult authorised to enter the rental agreement.
03Prices, deposits and changes
Rental amounts, applicable GST, transport, setup, operator services and any security deposit must be stated before confirmation. Services are included only when they appear in the agreed scope. No fixed deposit percentage or cancellation charge is introduced by this policy preview.
Changes to equipment, dates, venue or quantities require a revised availability and price review. Extensions must be agreed before the rental period ends. Additional charges must be explained and accepted as required by law.
04Looking after rented equipment
Use equipment for its intended purpose and follow the supplied operating and venue requirements. Do not alter, sub-hire, repair or relocate equipment outside the agreed scope without permission. Arrange qualified setup and operation where the equipment requires it.
Record any visible damage or missing items at handover and report faults promptly. Responsibility for loss or damage must be assessed against the handover record and rental agreement; normal wear should be distinguished from chargeable damage. Any proposed repair, replacement or missing-item charge must be documented.
05Delivery, returns and cancellation
The delivery, collection, cancellation and refund policies form part of the information to review before confirming a booking. Venue access, setup responsibilities and the return schedule must be agreed in advance.
A substitute item or material change to the agreed scope requires your acceptance. If agreed equipment cannot be supplied, any refund for the unsupplied portion is handled under the cancellation and refund policy.
06Your account and website use
Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to access another person’s bookings, delivery information or account.
Website availability and published equipment can change. A cart or category illustration is not a guarantee of equipment availability. These terms do not remove rights or remedies available under applicable law.
07Business contact and policy updates
For an existing rental, use the contact details on the quotation or booking confirmation and include your booking reference. The registered supplier identity, business address and public support/grievance contact remain to be supplied for launch.
Updated policies should show a revision date. The terms accepted for an existing booking must remain identifiable; a later website update does not silently change an agreed rental.
Contact & support
The public support email and registered-business details will be added before online rental booking opens. For an existing rental, use the contact details on its quotation or booking confirmation.
