Business registration, support details and booking-specific charges must be completed before online rental booking opens. These pages do not activate online payments.
01Agreeing delivery or collection
Delivery, customer pickup, setup, operation and collection are included only when they appear in the accepted booking scope. Confirm the venue address, contact person, agreed timing, rental dates and delivery charges before confirmation.
Service areas, delivery capacity and transport arrangements depend on the equipment and venue. A browsing page does not guarantee delivery to every location.
02Venue access and setup
Provide accurate access information, loading arrangements, stairs or lifts, parking restrictions and venue permissions relevant to the delivery. Confirm suitable space and agreed power or mounting arrangements.
Installation and specialist operation should be carried out by qualified personnel where required. Any additional setup, crew or access charge must be explained and agreed; it is not automatically included with a rental item.
03Handover and condition records
Check equipment quantities, accessories and visible condition at handover. Record any discrepancy or damage promptly with the delivery contact and retain the handover record.
A delivery status or location update supports coordination. Use the confirmed contact and handover arrangements for any time-critical issue. Access to detailed delivery information is limited to authorised people connected with the booking.
04During the rental
Use the equipment as agreed, keep accessories together and report a problem promptly. Do not move rented equipment to another venue or extend the rental period without agreement.
Changes to collection time, venue access or rental duration require confirmation. Any additional rental or transport charge must follow the agreed terms and applicable law.
05Returning equipment
Have the equipment and all included accessories ready for the agreed return or collection window. At return, record quantities and condition so that any issue can be reviewed against the original handover.
Normal wear should be distinguished from loss, missing accessories or damage. Any proposed deduction or extra charge must be explained with supporting information. Deposit reconciliation and accepted refunds are covered by the cancellation and refund policy.
Contact & support
The public support email and registered-business details will be added before online rental booking opens. For an existing rental, use the contact details on its quotation or booking confirmation.
