Business registration, support details and booking-specific charges must be completed before online rental booking opens. These pages do not activate online payments.
01Information you provide
If you create an account or sign in, the service processes the information needed to identify and authenticate that account. A rental request or booking may include your name, contact information, event details, chosen equipment, rental dates and delivery address.
Messages and support requests may contain information you choose to provide. Avoid including card numbers, payment passwords or unrelated sensitive information in a support message.
02Why information is used
Information is used to provide sign-in, maintain your rental plan, review and fulfil bookings, arrange authorised delivery, communicate about your request and protect the service from misuse.
The rental cart is stored in your browser so it can be available when you return on that device. The cookie and storage policy explains the difference between browser data and saved booking records.
03Access and service providers
Account, booking and delivery access is restricted according to the user’s role and relationship to the booking. Suppliers, authorised delivery personnel and service providers should receive only the information required for their part of the service.
Hosting, authentication, communication and any future payment services may process information as required to operate the service. The launch notice must identify the actual providers and relevant processing arrangements. Personal information is not made public through the equipment catalogue.
04Delivery location and notifications
An enabled driver-delivery feature may request device location permission to support an assigned delivery. The permission notice must explain the collection purpose and when tracking begins and ends. Browsing the equipment catalogue does not require continuous location permission.
Location collection is intended for an active assigned delivery and must stop when the job is completed or no longer assigned. Device permissions can be managed in device settings. Any enabled push notification service may use a device token to send booking or delivery updates.
05Payments and financial information
Online payment collection is not enabled in this website preview. The public policy and browsing pages do not request card details, bank passwords or UPI PINs.
Before online payments launch, the payment provider, its privacy notice and the information it receives must be made clear. Booking and payment-status records may be retained separately from payment credentials.
06Retention and your choices
Information should be retained for the service purpose and applicable accounting, legal or dispute requirements, then deleted or de-identified when appropriate. The operational retention schedule for account, booking, support and location records must be confirmed for launch.
You may request information about your account, correction of inaccurate information or deletion where applicable. Requests must be verified and handled subject to applicable law and necessary record retention. Deleting browser storage does not delete a saved booking.
07Contact, children and updates
Booking services are intended for adults or authorised adult event organisers. A public privacy contact and registered-business details must be added before online booking opens. For an existing rental, use the contact on its booking confirmation.
This preview must be reviewed against the deployed services and applicable privacy requirements before launch. Changes should be dated and significant new uses of personal information explained before they begin.
Contact & support
The public support email and registered-business details will be added before online rental booking opens. For an existing rental, use the contact details on its quotation or booking confirmation.
